Coaching – For licensed real estate related professionals that have specific questions or want to better understand the information presented in the training, we offer individual coaching that is charged on an hourly basis. Additionally, Jeff Sibel CFP, AWMA and his coaches offer individual, team and office coaching on how to create a niche real estate advisory practice.

Consulting – For real estate professionals with clients looking to create wealth building and real estate based retirement plans, we have consulting with investment planning provided by Wealth Agent Advisors™.

The investment advisory planning process is very simple. It typically involves four separate phases with the Wealth Agent Advisor.  Here are the four phases:

  1. Know Your Client – You will be asked to complete the Confidential Client Investment Fact Finder. We will analyze the information provided at length and then conduct an in depth fact-finding interview.
  2. Compare and Contrast – We provide a very different perspective on investing in stock and other paper assets and feel it is our moral responsibility to educate each client on the actual historical results of the stock market. We will compare and contrast the likely results of a stock based wealth building and retirement plan to a real estate based plan. This may require two to three different meetings.
  3. Creation and Implementation of the Plan – We create simple and easy to  understand real estate based plans that are clearly defined, date specific and highly achievable. We will not implement the plan. We will offer to refer you to three different Wealth Agents™ in your local market whenever possible. And of course, you can use your preferred agent or agents to implement the plan.
  4. Monitoring the Plan – To insure our valued clients stay on track, we will follow up and monitor your plan with periodic “checkups”. Since real estate investors invest for income and growth for the long term, most of our plans will take 5 to 25 years to come to fruition.

The fact finder will greatly help us in developing a comprehensive real estate based investment plan for you.  You may provide financial statements (with Social Security and account numbers blocked out) instead of filling out certain sections of this document.
